General Terms
Booking
All bookings are arranged via our project manager.
You’ll receive a quote, consultation, and proposed shoot date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
More than 72 hours in advance — deposit is retained and the shoot can be rescheduled.
Less than 72 hours — deposit is non-refundable.
Presence on Set
Product and mannequin shoots — no need to attend.
Model and video shoots — client or brand rep must be on site.
Product Delivery
Products can be shipped or delivered by courier.
Please confirm delivery date and time with your manager.
Courier info must be submitted for building access.
Color Accuracy
We provide accurate color correction.
Color may vary depending on screen and device type.

For best results, download images to your device before viewing.
Revisions
Two rounds of retouching revision are included.
Edits must be requested within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Further changes are billed additionally.
File Storage
Clients receive a private cloud folder.
Files are stored for one year.
Please download all images to local storage.
Payment Terms
New clients
• 50% deposit to confirm booking.
• Balance is due after final retouching, before high-res delivery.

Returning clients
• No deposit required for established accounts.
• Payment is due before final delivery.

Payments accepted via multiple methods.
Rush Delivery
If faster delivery is required, rush rates may apply.
Rush delivery is not guaranteed and must be pre-approved.
Pricing Multiplier
A multiplier of x1.5 or x2 may apply for:
• Complex garments (corsets, sheer fabrics, lace, leather, fur)
• Small or unstructured items that cannot be fastened
• Unfinished samples requiring adjustments
• Couture pieces
